Please Share

Tell me what you snack on. I'm trying to think of yummy, healthy foods to snack on & I'm just drawing a blank. I swear I'm more stupid after each baby. It's the lack of sleep isn't it. Anyway, any suggestions would be great.

While you're at it....if you have any good summer time dinners, please share as well.

I promise to give back & share any that I come across, once my brain starts functioning properly.

I've really been loving Granny Smith apples and peanut butter. The peanut butter really offsets the tartness of the Granny Smith. Peanut butter is high in calories but it's packed with protein and that's good especially if you are still cutting down on meat. Why do people always use that expression, "packed with protein"?

frozen grapes! Those are the best! Also, we just are trying a new style of tinfoil dinner tonight. You can do it in the oven or on the BBQ....frozen chicken breast...then pour over top (minute rice, cream of chicken soup with milk...make it like it is soupy), I added celery tonight....anything really, spice it up good and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minuts...approx...or BBQ till it is done....I hope it turns out!!! happy cooking!

We just had frozen grapes for the first time last weekend! Very cool. And nice when it is hot outside.

Summer Dinners? I don't know...what about the french bread ring sandwiches. Those are easy & yummy.
