Sending this off to
Candi today. It's just a bunch of torn strips of fabric tied around a string of white Christmas lights. When I first got going on this, I thought I made my fabric strips too long, but I think the shaggy length looks great with the playful colors.

i don't remember the light count but it's like 12' long. it's a monster of a thing
