I've been working on a huge project. It is consuming me. It makes me really, really tired & really, really nauseous. It keeps me from being able to thoroughly do my housework & my shop work & my blogging. But it is the most exciting project & it will all be very worth it.
I've been growing a baby!!!
We are all super, super excited! We've been hoping & praying for this for so long.
I am 11 weeks along & if all continues to go well, we will be welcoming a sweet baby into our family in September. I'm really hoping to be feeling better soon, but this actually has been my best pregnancy as far as morning sickness goes. I know it's because my mom & Dylan are helping me tons. The girls now prefer for Grandma to do their hair in the morning. I also have zofran & Dr. Pepper to thank for helping calm my stomach.
Please be patient with me over the next few weeks, but I hope to make a full blogging comeback soon. :)

Yippee and yay for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can totally relate. I am now 26 weeks pregnant but the first, oh 16 to 18 weeks were misery for me. With my first child I had only 2 days (TWO DAYS!!!) of morning sickness. I thought for sure this one would be a boy with such a huge difference in how I felt but nope...it's a girl. She will be coming at the end of May. So excited to have two girls! We too waited a long time and prayed for this little one. Our first was a honeymoon baby and this one took a little over a year and a half for us. Congrats!

hooray!!! when i was pregnant w/ my last one i had a total aversion to sewing... and, it was something i did after the kids went to bed, so when i fell asleep at 8:30 with them that didn't help either!
Congrats! Looking forward to some baby sewing. Or maybe you'd rather sleep? That would be understandable.
